Salaried GP (Newly Qualified or Experienced)
4 sessions per week (Tuesdays and Fridays)

We are a supportive and progressive practice looking to welcome a newly qualified or experienced Salaried GP who is motivated to develop their clinical skills and contribute to high-quality patient care.
The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Responsibilities
* Undertake a range of clinical consultations including:
* Face‑to‑face appointments
* Telephone consultations
* Online/digital consultations
* Provide safe, evidence-based care to the registered patient population
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
* Prescribe in accordance with local and national guidelines
* Refer patients appropriately to secondary care or other services
* Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records using SystmOne

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
* Inclusion on the GP Performers List
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Commitment to high quality patient care
* Experience in primary care - for experienced applicants
* Interest in developing a specialist clinical area
* Experience in teaching or training environments
