The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key part in supporting secondary schools by: Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Maintaining a focused and positive learning environment Offering additional support to students with special educational or additional needs Building strong relationships with students and acting as a positive role model This is an ideal stepping stone into teacher training and gives you the opportunity to develop confidence, leadership and behaviour management skills.
