An award-winning, integrated PR & Marketing agency, known for its collaborative, creative culture and strong focus on professional development, is looking for a Head of Marketing to join them on a fixed-term maternity cover contract (July 2024 – May 2025).

What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading and nurturing a high-performing Marketing Practice team of five.
2. Providing strategic marketing counsel directly to senior client stakeholders (CMO and SVP Marketing level).
3. Driving agency growth through strong new business leadership, supporting proposal and pitch development to help maintain a high win rate.
4. Shaping marketing strategy across content marketing programmes, owned channels, and digital campaigns (content creation itself is handled by other teams).
5. Collaborating closely with creative and strategic teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
