To strengthen its operational leadership, the school is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Data Manager.
Role Overview
The Data Manager will oversee all aspects of assessment data, reporting, and MIS systems across the school.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining the school’s MIS system (SIMS, Arbor or similar)
* Coordinating whole-school assessment data collections
* Producing progress and attainment reports for SLT and governors
* Analysing GCSE and A Level exam performance
* Supporting Heads of Department with data interpretation
* Managing statutory returns (school census, performance tables)
* Overseeing intervention tracking systems
* Ensuring data accuracy and compliance
* Training staff on reporting systems
* Supporting timetabling and option processes
This role requires precision, analytical thinking, and strong organisational skills.
Leadership & Assessment Structure
The Data Manager works closely with the Deputy Headteacher (Academic), Exams Officer, and senior leadership team.
