Our client, a prestigious and long-established full-service law firm with London being one of it's largest offices, is seeking experienced Corporate Associates (3+ PQE) to join their thriving Corporate department. This opportunity arises from significant growth following several high-profile partner hires.
About the Role: You will work closely with a highly regarded team of partners and associates on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions, including:
* Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
* Private Equity (PE)
* Venture Capital (VC)
* Equity Capital Markets (ECM)
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across multiple sectors and deal types, supported by a collaborative and well-resourced team.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
* Trained at a top-tier law firm in the UK, Ireland, or Scotland
* Strong academic background
* Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen
* A team player with a proactive and client-focused approach
