The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by: Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionals Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks Maintaining and updating the CRM/database accurately Advertising roles across job boards and social platforms Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline within the education marketAbout You Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (education sector experience is highly desirable) Strong candidate-driven mindset with excellent communication skills Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods Highly organised with strong attention to detail A team player with a proactive and positive attitudeWhat We Offer ...
