JOB ROLE:
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to a Year 3 class following the National Curriculum.
* Share responsibility for planning, marking, and assessment as part of a job share.
* Promote excellent behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
* Support the school's ethos and contribute to its strong sense of community.
* Work collaboratively with your job share partner and other staff in this welcoming Primary School.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
* Excellent behaviour management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a two-form entry Primary School environment.
