They’re looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who can bring calm energy, clear boundaries and a big dose of compassion to the classroom. You’ll be supporting pupils with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.
The role includes:
* 1:1 and small group support
* Helping pupils manage emotions and routines
* Supporting learning through practical, hands-on activities
* Being part of a genuinely supportive staff team
You don’t need to know everything already. You do need:
* Experience supporting children or young people
* A patient, understanding approach
* The ability to stay cool when things get tricky
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Have experience in SEN, care, youth work or similar
* Are patient, kind and unflappable
* Believe relationships come before results
