Overview
The SAP Service Business Consultant will be responsible for Rollout, collecting the requirement, BRD and requirement creation in service business operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules related to Project System, and integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems meet the needs of our service business and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* SAP Rollout: Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents
* Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
* Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
* Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
* Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
* Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
* User Support & Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
* Data Migration: Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program
* Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
* Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
* Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP service or related field.
* Deep understanding of SAP Project System modules and integration with other business processes.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
