Head of Technology
Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a highly experienced Head of Technology to lead their Institutional, Prime Brokerage, and Emerging Markets technology divisions. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong track record of driving technology innovation and delivering business value.
Essential Requirements:
* Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading technology teams at a senior level, including managing global teams and across IT disciplines.
* Technology Strategy & Architecture: Deep understanding of the latest technology and platforms, with hands-on experience in creating and designing user/customer-centric technology strategies and architectures.
* Domain Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of B2B and B2B2C technology used for end-to-end client servicing and fulfillment journeys, with specific experience in Institutional Finance, Prime Brokerage, or Emerging Markets.
* Customer/Client Focus: Demonstrated experience in leading the design and development of customer-centric experiences throughout the customer journey.
* Product Management: Experience leading the prioritization of significant product change portfolios and a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
* Change Management: Proven experience in introducing and influencing change within organisations.
* Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build strong partnerships.
* Engineering Excellence: Ability to inspire engineering best practices, drive modern ways of working, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
* Commercial Acumen: Demonstrable use of technical knowledge and commercial acumen to influence business strategy.
* Vendor Management: Experience in managing and working with 3rd party suppliers.
