This, 4 star hotel with 140 bedrooms has an opportunity for an individual to take overall responsibility for it's Front Desk operation. We are looking for a confident and hands-on hospitality professional to lead the front-of-house team. This role would suit either: •A Senior Receptionist or Reception Supervisor ready to take the next step into a Head Receptionist position (up to £31k), or •A Junior Reception Manager / Reception Manager from a smaller property who’s looking to take on a larger, more dynamic role as Reception Manager (up to £35k). Opera experience important.
