This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a high-quality private client caseload, working closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners and multi-generational families across Somerset and the South West. The firm has a strong referral base and a steady pipeline of work Hybrid working is fully supported, alongside flexible hours and realistic targets. Key Responsibilities Managing your own private client caseload, including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trusts and trust administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection work (optional, not essential) Delivering clear, practical advice with a strong client-care focus Building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser Working collaboratively within a supportive team, with full secretarial and paralegal support Optional involvement in networking and business development (existing workflow is strong) About You Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) 3 years’ PQE in private client law Solid experience across wills, probate, trusts and LPAs Commercial, organised and confident dealing with clients directly Comfortable handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision What’s on Offer?
