The Role:
As Director of Product, you will be owning the vision, strategy, and execution of critical product initiatives across a global team. You'll guide a group of talented Product Owners and Product Leads, collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and play a vital role in translating high-level business goals into scalable product delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Define and drive the product roadmap across the SaaS platform
* Lead cross-functional product development in agile environments
* Deliver innovative, client-facing features
* Communicate product direction clearly through strategic storytelling
* Represent product strategy to C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity
* Ensure product decisions are informed by user data, business needs, and technical insight
About You:
* Proven track record in Product Leadership within enterprise SaaS environments
* Skilled in managing product teams and resources in a global environment
* Able to influence stakeholders at all levels with clear, concise communication
* Deep experience with agile methodologies and running scrums
* Strategic thinker and effective decision-maker using a range of data sources
* Experience or strong interest in AI product development is highly advantageous
* Confident, curious, and collaborative-driven to grow and empower your team
