The Opportunity
As COO, you will be the operational engine of the company, translating the founder CEO’s strategic vision into disciplined, high-performance execution across subscriptions, data, editorial, events, technology and commercial operations. You will bring clarity, pace and operational excellence to a business with strong momentum and ambitious growth plans.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an operator who thrives in high growth environments and brings the maturity, systems thinking and cadence required to scale a complex, multi product business.
It is ideally suited to a leader who enjoys being close to the action while building scalable systems for the future.
You will join the Executive Committee, co-lead the delivery of the strategy, and help position the business for continued global expansion. The role will have a material influence on how the company scales internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
• Convert strategy into operating plans, KPIs, dashboards and reporting rhythms, bringing execution discipline across the business
• Own day-to-day operational performance across all functions
• Establish a high-accountability operating cadence across the business
Act as a thought partner to the CEO on execution priorities.
Create transparency, consistency and decision‑making confidence across the leadership team
Growth & Commercial Impact
• Support delivery of revenue and profitability growth
• Lead major cross-company projects including New York expansion, realising the value of AI and
process optimisation
• Improve forecasting, pipeline discipline and margin management
Ensure the operating model can scale efficiently as revenues and complexity grow.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proven operator with:
• 10+ years senior leadership in data, subscriptions or information-driven businesses
• Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments
• Strong operating system design including KPIs, dashboards and financial control
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation and process optimisation
Experience scaling multi-product or international businesses is advantageous
