Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager duties will include: Batching, coding and inputting invoices onto the system. Dealing with supplier queries. Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to resolve issues. Dealing with foreign currency. Reconciling supplier statements. Banking. Assisting with new system implementation. Other ad hoc duties as required. The person: Purchase ledger experience is essentia l. Knowledge of foreign currency is desirable. Good IT skills are required.
