We're working with a specialist provision in Kidderminster that supports pupils with complex needs, including autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is resilient, empathetic, and confident in supporting young people who require extra care and understanding. About the School & Role: This supportive and inclusive setting provides tailored education to children who may have struggled in mainstream schools. Many of the pupils have social, emotional, and mental health needs, and some exhibit behaviours such as verbal outbursts or swearing.
