What you will do:
* Manage cases for unaccompanied asylum seekers placed predominantly in the West Midlands.
* Engage with 16+ young people living mainly in the Shropshire area, with potential distance driving.
* Record information promptly and keep within timescales, demonstrating strong assessment skills and analysis.
* Provide conflict resolution and work with vulnerable and dysregulated teenagers who have experienced trauma.
* Utilize CSE knowledge and skills to conduct return home interviews and establish positive and trusting relationships with young people.
* Prepare for supervision, prioritise supervision, and engage with reflection and feedback, seeking direction when necessary.
