The Role:
As an Associate in the Employment Law team, you’ll work primarily with clients in the health sector. Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising on employment law issues, including TUPE, disciplinary investigations, and union negotiations.
* Representing clients in employment tribunals, handling cases from Directions Hearings to Full Hearings.
* Drafting contracts, policies, and procedures.
* Undertaking workplace investigations and contributing to business development efforts.
* Providing sector-specific, compliant advice while keeping up with legal developments.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious employment work.
* A thorough understanding of employment law and its practical application.
* Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
* An ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality client service.
* Familiarity with case management systems and legal research tools.
