The Role
We’re on the hunt for a BIM Technician to join the growing team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, data-driven models and coordinated outputs that support smarter, more sustainable building design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate, data-rich 3D models and 2D outputs using Autodesk Revit
* Set up and manage MEP models to ensure clarity, quality, and efficiency
* Coordinate design information across disciplines, identifying and resolving clashes
* Review external models and clearly document design changes
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
* Use automation tools such as Dynamo, DiRoots, and RF Tools to enhance workflows
* Support CDE platforms (BIM 360 / ACC) and information management processes
What You Bring
* Strong Revit MEP project experience
* Familiarity with clash detection, CDE workflows, and automation tools
* Ability to manage modelling responsibilities independently
* Understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 standards
* A collaborative mindset with a desire to improve processes and support others
* Bonus: Experience with AutoCAD, Solibri, Microsoft Excel, or visual programming tools like Dynamo
