Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Graduates with a degree in Project Management, Business, Science, or Engineering
* A readiness to take your first step into a career delivering complex and meaningful projects
You’ll be someone who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems, and seeing ideas through from concept to completion. With strong communication and organisational skills, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and keeping teams aligned. A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset will help you spot challenges early and find practical solutions. Above all, you’ll be motivated to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and initiative are key.
Additional Information
To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. You should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.

Recruitment Process
After submitting your application, you’ll receive confirmation of next steps. If successful at screening, a member of our recruitment team will call you to discuss your application and eligibility, your passion for energy transformation, and your knowledge of your chosen discipline. Successful applicants will then be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre at one of our UK offices.
