CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £95K, LINCOLN BASED, SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, HYBRID WORKING.
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an Lincoln based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Junior Quantity Surveyors.
Duties:
•Optimising contract profitability
•Provide quotations to clients for variations
•Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
•Accurate monthly cost and value reports
•All other daily tasks performed by a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
•Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
•Time management skills and meeting deadlines
•Experience in value engineering
•Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
•Up to £95,000
