Account Executive – Project Management SaaS – London / Hybrid

The Account Executive Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s growth, helping clients transform the way they manage complex projects and deliver success. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and close.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing a full 360 sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
* Conducting engaging product demos and consultative sales presentations.
* Identifying client needs and demonstrating how the platform delivers value.
* Collaborating with marketing and customer success to optimise client experience.
* Maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasts within the CRM.
* Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and wider commercial team to help secure and expand meaningful client relationships across the UK and beyond.
Required Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Strong understanding of project management or workflow software solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Process driven – utilising the MEDDIC framework ideally.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
* A consultative, proactive, and results-driven approach.

Location
This role is based in London with hybrid working (2–3 days office-based). Occasional travel to client meetings and events will be required.
