An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Host to join our Spa Team. The successful applicant will support the needs of our guests and assist with providing a first-class experience in our luxurious facilities and ensure guests feel welcome and relaxed throughout their stay.

Responsibilities
* Meet and greet spa guests and ensure their needs are catered for from arrival to departure.
* Accurately complete all reception and booking documentation and operate the spa computer systems competently.
* Take reservations and enter bookings on the system.
* Follow procedures for cashing up and banking.
* Maintain, develop and monitor the client database.
* Answer phones in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
* Follow check-in and check-out procedures for all spa guests and provide full orientation of the facilities.
* Provide refreshments to guests during their time in the Spa.
* Provide and maintain first-class customer service.
* Maintain exemplary standards of personal appearance and uniform.
* Prepare and deliver non-therapist treatments as needed.
* Maintain immaculate presentation and cleanliness of all public spaces.
* Be proactive with retail sales and upsell products and treatments.
* Demonstrate exceptional product and service knowledge.
* Maintain adequate provision of towels, robes and slippers and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
* Direct customer feedback to the appropriate person for resolution.
* Take payments for retail products and refreshments.
* Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and any department procedures.
* Be aware of and follow all Health and Safety procedures at all times.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent time management with attention to detail and highly organised.
* Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.
* Reliable and able to work under pressure and follow instructions.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Strong customer service orientation; polite, welcoming and informative.
* Confident and approachable with a high standard of personal appearance.
* Respectful, helpful, calm and engaging.
* Takes pride in work.
* GCSE English and Maths grade 4/C or above.
* Microsoft Office suite, beginner level.
Desirable
* Knowledge of spa products (e.g., Elemis).
* Experience in selling and promoting products to customers.
* Experience of working in a Spa or hospitality industry.
