Job Overview
Little Bears Preschool was established in 2007, and is now situated in a beautiful forest where due to an increase in numbers we are looking for a fun, energetic, inspiring, caring person to join our small team. We are a family run setting, so you must be happy to work in a small, close knit team and have a good sense of humour! Our setting is led by a Level 7 Early Years Teacher with a passion for child-led learning in a loving environment. We do not have set themes or meticulously planned activities, instead you must know each child's next steps and be able to support them in reaching these goals in their play spontaneously through excellent knowledge of the EYFS. Having a great imagination and being able to come up with creative new ideas is super important - no two days are ever the same. You really have to visit Little Bears to get a feel for our home from home, inclusive and inspiring setting. We've been told many times "there's nowhere like Little Bears!". We are seeking a dedicated, hard working, motivated Early Years Educator to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children from 2 to 5. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment, and be able to work in a child-led setting.
