About the Role
Depending on your experience, you will:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with IT contractors and project stakeholders
2. Support clients by supplying high-quality contractors for time-sensitive, project-based requirements
3. Manage the full contract recruitment life cycle - sourcing, qualifying, negotiation, onboarding, compliance, extensions and redeployment
4. Use LinkedIn and other recruitment tools, market mapping and our CRM to identify and build longstanding relationships with specialist contract talent
5. Develop an understanding of technical project needs across IT domains
