About the Role
We’re a growing property education business looking for a highly adaptable Sales & Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is a varied, fast-moving role no two days are the same. You’ll be involved across sales support, admin, content creation, and presentations, working closely with the business owner.
This role is perfect for someone ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn, who wants exposure to multiple areas of a growing business and the opportunity to grow with it long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Your tasks will be ad hoc and varied, including but not limited to:
* Sales support and admin tasks
* Creating and editing content (social posts, simple marketing materials, documents)
* Designing graphics and materials using Canva
* Creating and formatting presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
* Organising files, systems, and general admin support
* Assisting with launches, events, or new projects as needed
* Taking initiative to improve processes and suggest ideas
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Ambitious and growth-minded — excited to develop new skills
* Highly organised and adaptable
* Comfortable working in an ad hoc, changing environment
* Confident using Canva (or willing to learn quickly)
* Tech-savvy and able to pick up new tools fast
* A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
* Interested in property, education, or entrepreneurship (a bonus, not essential)
