What you need:
* Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or relevant subject
* MRICS
* Minimum 2 years+ PQE
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Site/Condition Surveys, project management, contract administration
* Detailed Report Writing, defect assessment and remedial advice
* Party Wall, refurbishments, restoration, maintenance & repair advice
* Health & Safety
* Technical (CAD) design & drawing, planning & building regulations
* Dilapidations
Salary & Package:
* £55,000 £68,000
