Junior Business Analyst (Graduate)

Our client, a well-established and respected market leader in their industry, is seeking to hire a Junior Business Analyst into their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has just completed a degree or MSc in Business Amin, Economics, Information Systems or technology, who is looking to build a career in Business Analytics.
Key responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research
* Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Support the design, development, and implementation of new systems and workflows
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance
* Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share insights and recommendations
* Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business need
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with data analysis tools or Business Intelligence platforms is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of project management and Agile methodologies
