Castle Employment is delighted to be recruiting for an established agricultural buildings company who looking for a proactive Health & Safety Manager to take full ownership of safety across their production facility and customer sites. This is an exclusive opportunity and is site based with extensive travel
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct risk assessments for manufacturing and on-site installation work.
* Oversee workshop safety, machinery use, manual handling, and COSHH compliance.
* Prepare RAMS and site-specific safety documentation.
* Lead audits, inspections, and accident investigations.
* Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training.
* Act as the main contact for clients, regulators, and internal teams.
* Promote a proactive, positive safety culture across the workforce.
What We're Looking For:
* NEBOSH General Certificate - essential
* Experience in a senior Health & Safety role
* Knowledge of the agricultural industry advantageous.
* Knowledge of construction site safety essential
This role offers a highly competitive salary plus mobile and laptop and will involve regular travel and the business is commutable from Malton, Driffield, York, Hull and surrounding areas
