Join Vision Express in Uckfield, East Sussex, as our new Store Manager and lead a passionate team in delivering outstanding customer service and eye care. In this hands‑on retail management role, you’ll be responsible for driving store performance, maintaining exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and ensuring every customer receives a memorable experience.
As Store Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations — from team development and performance management to sales growth and compliance — while working closely with customers on the shop floor. With the store continuing to grow year on year, your leadership, commercial awareness, and commitment to excellence will be key to its ongoing success.
