Year 2 Teacher – Full-Time
Location: WythenshaweStart Date: SeptemberHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team from September. This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils’ academic progress and overall wellbeing at a crucial stage of their development.

The Role
As the Year 2 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-differentiated lessons tailored to Year 2 learners
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback and targeted support
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and maintain high standards
* Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practices
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience teaching Year 2 or within Key Stage 1
* Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Can effectively adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs
* Has a secure understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* Communicates confidently and works well as part of a team
* Is comfortable using technology to enhance teaching and learning
