Job Title: Junior PA

Location: Durrington, West Sussex (hybrid, 1 day per week)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: up to £37,000 - depending on skills and experience

The portfolio has rapidly expanded from £50million to over £2 billion in the next 10-year period. This is a fast‑paced team that is now expanding to continue to deliver a larger programme of sustainable and innovative solutions.


Job Overview

* Managing the Director’s and direct reports’ diaries and inbox with precision and discretion
* Coordinating meetings, events, travel and team activities from start to finish
* Preparing agendas and ensuring follow‑up actions are tracked
* Preparing, producing and/or circulating documents, briefings, reports and presentations
* Handling multiple requests and priorities with confidence and calm
* Dealing with several internal and external stakeholders across all levels
* Acting as the go‑to person for the wider team for various requests


About You

* Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to adapt quickly and juggle competing priorities
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
* Be passionate about the environment and making a difference in your local community
