I’m currently supporting one of my long‑standing legal clients as they look to welcome an experienced Residential Property Lawyer into their busy and successful Keynsham office.

The Role
My client is seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years’ experience in residential property.
Experience across a broad range of matters would be advantageous, including:
* Sales & purchases
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Re‑mortgages
* General residential conveyancing
1. They are looking for someone enthusiastic, confident with clients, and keen to contribute to the ongoing development of the Property department.
