An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Norwich and Mid Norfolk Agency.
About the role:
Your role will deal with the majority of the administration work generated in the office. This will include dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, payment chasers for both renewals and mid term changes. Renewal dispatch to clients, Collating documentation from the customer services team and emailing to clients. Franking.
About you:
You will need to have have good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities. Good organisational skills
A positive, people orientated approach to everything you do.
I.T. literacy is essential.
