Description About the role To contribute to the provision of a high-quality back office through participation in all aspects of technical support provision for the SHEQ Team and coordinate and direct the operational management of the incident module of the Entropy software system across the wider Group and, in accordance with Council policies and priorities and within national and professional standards and guidelines. This involves a range of tasks from technical systems management, systems training, technical document control, report formulation and archiving to general administration, minute taking and filing. This is a free-flowing role where priorities will change on an ad hoc basis. Some duties will include The supervision and day to day management of assigned Administrative Officers. To act as Principal Entropy Data Controller for operational day to day management of the Incident Module of Entropy across all group companies using the system. This role ensures data accuracy and timeliness or safety critical data, supporting accurate reporting of incident trends to the Board and wider management To communicate effectively with colleagues in a clear and concise manner, including obtaining information from an appropriate source in response to a nonstandard query and feeding back colleagues in an accurate and effective manner To act as primary support contact point for operational Entropy enquiries across the CORMAC Group, providing advice and coaching to staff new to the system and contributing and coordinating Training activities for operational staff, delivering such training when required. To coordinate and support provision of effective occupational health surveillance service, managing appointments and subsequent referrals and personnel reports across the CORMAC companies For more information please look at the attached Role Profile. About you We are looking for you to have: Microsoft Office suite knowledge Office Skills / knowledge of administrative working procedures. Communication / Team Working / Confident in holding meetings. Educated to NVQ 4 level in administration or demonstrates specialist knowledge or equivalent experience and knowledge within the business Knowledge and practical experience in a supporting capacity. Experience of dealing with data. Full Valid Driving License ( The duties of the role involve travel on a regular basis. It is a condition of employment that the role holder can exercise satisfactory travel mobility in order to fulfil the obligations of the role.
