We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurture Teacher to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing targeted support to students who may struggle with the traditional classroom setting. You will create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where students can develop key social, emotional, and academic skills at their own pace.
Key Responsibilities:
* To raise standards of student progress and achievement
* To be accountable for student progress and development within the Transition Department
* To be a role model of professionalism and good practice
* To ensure the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students in the Transition Department
Key Requirements:
* Hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification
* Hold a recognised full teaching qualification such as QTS or be willing to undergo teacher training in line with current regulations
* A clear understanding of the features of high-quality teaching and learning at KS3 and 4
* Commitment to the safeguarding of all learners
