We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at Jaguar Land Rover Cardiff. The ideal candidate would have experience within the motor industry; however, we are keen to hear from individuals who have a positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm.
Position: Service Advisor Jaguar Land Rover
Full time: 45 hours a week Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Saturday Rota: 8.30am to 12.30pm : on a rota basis paid as overtime
Position pays: £35,500 OTE dependant on skills and experience
Location: Cardiff

Our Service Advisors are responsible for delivering and sustaining a fantastic experience for all our service and vehicle repair customers.
A large part of what a Service Advisor Position involves is:
1. Creating and managing customer workshop bookings
2. Preparation for customer visit
3. Communicate workshop advise to customer, ensuring customer is able to understand and make an informed decision to additional work identified and required.
4. Competent in ability to use digital tools in a paperless work environment
5. Deliver on customer first and modern luxury principles
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes such as costing, digital job card, filing and recording of all customer communications.

8. Demonstrate computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems and applications.

11. Strong organisational skills to schedule work effectively, balancing the needs of the customer and the capacity to the workshop
12. Ability to prioritise your workload
13. Ability and willingness to work with defined processes and guidelines
14. Good core administration skills
15. A full UK driving licence
