As a Dual Site Store Manager for Whittard, you will:

Note: You will be required to travel between both stores. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of recent retail management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing and leading your team in first-class customer service.
* Becoming an ambassador of the products, offering excellent knowledge and recommendations to customers.
* Monitoring store KPI’s and implementing improvements where needed.
* Ensuring Health & Safety, Food Safety, cash, delivery, and reporting processes are followed and reviewed.
* Managing your team’s sickness absences, holiday, and performance.
* Developing your team with long-term succession strategies, development plans, quarterly reviews, and on-the-spot feedback.
* Managing the implementation of in-store visual merchandising in line with Whittard guidelines.
* Providing feedback on best sellers and stock information to head office.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous retail management experience.
* Experience developing and leading high-performing teams, managing store operations, and driving sales.
* Confident organizational skills.
* The ability to identify problems and provide solutions and improvements.
* Enthusiasm and interest in our products.
