Top, international, London headquartered, law firm is looking to hire a 4 PQE Corporate Knowledge Lawyer/Professional Support Lawyer into their team in London. This opportunity is open to either fee-earners looking to take their first step into the Knowledge space or existing Knowledge Lawyers. The firm is well known in the market and advises on the full remit of corporate matters across private M&A, private equity and venture capital for clients across a diverse range of sectors including, but not limited to, technology, retail, healthcare, life sciences, energy and financial services. Responsibilities of a Knowledge Lawyer include: Tracking relevant legal and market developments; Maintaining precedents and know-how resources; Training and development of juniors and clients; Contributing to internal and/or client bulletins/publications; Partnering with BD/Marketing Supporting the development and adoption of legal tech/AI solutions to improve efficiency Horizon scanning and thought leadership initiatives This role can be either five days per week or four days per week, depending on preference. This will be the sole PSL for the Corporate group, but there will be support from the firm's wider PSL community. Prior knowledge/PSL experience is not required.
