Job Description
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in Film and Multimedia to SEND learners, supporting academic progress and personal development by adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Responsibilities
* Deliver lessons according to the Film/Multimedia curriculum.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to support SEND learners.
* Design creative lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents/carers, and external agencies.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Film or Multimedia subjects.
* Proven experience working with SEND learners.
* Strong knowledge of Film/Multimedia curriculum.
* Ability to design creative lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in using digital media tools relevant to film production and multimedia projects.
* Relevant teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent.
