Job Title: Residential Home Manager Location: The Wirral Salary: £36,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential home. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and creating a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the home operates efficiently, meets all regulatory requirements, and maintains the highest standards of care and compliance.
