HR Advisor (People & Culture)

We're looking for an HR Advisor (People & Culture) to join a growing business in Chester on a permanent basis. This is a varied and hands-on generalist role where you'll provide advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, reward & recognition, and policy compliance.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong HR generalist background, with the ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to manager and employee HR queries in line with current legislation
2. Maintain and update employee electronic records, intranet, and benefits information
3. Coordinate recruitment across the business: drafting job requirements, posting adverts, liaising with agencies, managing CVs, arranging interviews, and supporting hiring managers
