Key Responsibilities:- A Inclusion Support Worker provides both classroom and one-on-one support to help students stay focused and engaged.- As a Inclusion Support Worker you will adapt learning materials and activities to meet the unique needs of students, including those with SEN such as autism or ADHD.- A Inclusion Support Worker collaborates with the class teacher to tailor learning strategies.- As a Inclusion Support Worker you will offer emotional support, boosting confidence and encouraging self-esteem.- Inclusion Support Workers track and monitor progress, working closely with the school's SENCO to develop and review individualised support plans.
