Responsibilities
* Execute carpentry tasks with precision, including framing, flooring, and cabinetry.
* Perform a variety of multi-trade duties including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
* Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Assist in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to minimise disruption.
* Manage materials and inventory effectively to reduce waste and optimise resources.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification in building trades.
* Proven experience as a carpenter or multi-trade technician.
* Strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid driving license and ability to travel to various work sites.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* 15 mile radius to either Faversham, Kent or Gravesend, Kent.
