What We're Looking For
* Individuals with a passion for helping children succeed
* Proactive, attentive, and able to take initiative
* Experience in childcare or working with additional learning needs (ALN) preferred but not required
* Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
* A current DBS (or willingness to apply) and EWC registration
