We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Kitchen Hand to work at our Defence site in Burnham, Canterbury.
Kitchen Hand duties include:
* General food preparation
* Assisting the Chef
* Dishwashing
* Lifting heavy items
* Receiving deliveries and unloading
* General cleaning duties as required
* You will be able to hit the ground running, be hardworking, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
* You must be willing to work weekends, able to follow instructions, and work to strict time frames.
* A full driver’s license is required.
* Ideally, you will already have some experience in a similar role and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167) or be happy to be trained for one.
* Most importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service, and quality.
