Coach Operations Administrator & Support

Location: Beverley
Hours: 38 hours per week (including alternate weekends)
On-call: One night per week
Salary: £25,194k pa
Holidays: 28 days per year (including bank holidays)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-driven Coach Operations Administrator & Support to join our busy operations team.
This is a varied role combining operational coordination, administration, and financial support ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

Coordinate and process coach bookings in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Provide administrative support to the operations and driver scheduling team.
Prepare, check, and distribute driver documentation.
Finance & Invoicing

Generate accurate and timely customer invoices.
Manage credit control, including chasing outstanding payments.
Support with financial reconciliation and other administrative duties as required.
Customer Service

Act as a key point of contact for clients, confirming bookings and managing queries or amendments.
Deliver a professional and friendly service by phone, email, and face-to-face.
On-Call Support

Be available one night per week to handle urgent operational queries or last-minute issues.
Working Hours

38 hours per week
Week 1 - Monday/Tuesday//Thursday/Friday - 8.00am till 6:00pm – 30 min break – 38 hours per week
Week 2 - Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday – 8.00am till 6.00pm – 30 min break – 38 hours per week
About You

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
Experience in the transport or logistics sector is desirable but not essential.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
