Working for one of Yorkshire's highest growth businesses, you'll join a company offering ample opportunities for career development and reporting to a highly motivational Financial Controller. The client has completed multiple acquisitions and provides a unique opportunity for someone eager to progress and be challenged.
What will you be doing?
* Playing a crucial role in improving the month-end process and leading all balance sheet reconciliations.
* Identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements and making recommendations.
* Supporting onboarding of new acquisitions and ensuring their effective integration.
* Business partnering with operational departments such as marketing, HR, IT, and fleet management.
* Compiling financial information to produce accurate internal reports.
* Supporting line managers with ad hoc projects as required.
What are we looking for?
* An experienced Management Accountant who is proactive, ambitious, and dedicated.
* Newly qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
* An effective communicator interested in business partnering.
* Experience working in a fast-paced and complex environment.
