We’re looking for an Assistant Treasury Analyst to monitor funding, liquidity and interest rate risk. This analytical role will be instrumental in supporting the Treasury team to ensure a robust control environment. What You’ll Be Doing Help monitor daily and monthly liquidity by gathering accurate financial data to support confident decision-making. Support stress testing and scenario planning by compiling model outputs for review. Assist in preparing data for financial planning cycles and cost analysis using standard templates. Create liquidity and cost forecasts for long-term and in-year planning for VW Bank UK. Keep documentation up to date for planning assumptions and flag any data issues. Help implement and monitor treasury controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Essential Experience & Skills Studying towards or completion of a relevant UK accounting qualification, such as AAT, ACCA or CIMA. Demonstrable experience of Treasury Function operations. Experience working within a Financial Services Environment. An understanding of the core aspects of our product portfolio and their financial impacts. The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships both internally up to director level and externally to secure commitment and support. Ability to maintain a working knowledge of market / credit risks. What’s in it for you?
