Sales Negotiator
£30k basic + £60K OTE, uncapped

We’re working with an industry-leading developer are looking to expand their team with a Sales Negotiator near Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
My client is looking for an experienced salesperson who can fulfil the fundamental sales skills: establishing rapport with customers, generating leads, seizing opportunities, and pursuing success with determination.

As a Sales Negotiator you must be organised, efficient and presentable.
Experience of new homes sales within a developer is essential, any applicants without this will be discounted!!

What will your duties be?
5. Meeting and greeting customers on site
6. Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
7. Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
8. Taking customers on viewings
9. Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
10. Ensuring the sales suite is presentable

Key requirements:
15. Experience of new homes sales within a developer
16. Experience selling houses (as opposed to flats, etc.)
17. Have access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license
18. Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
19. Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
20. Be immaculately presented
21. Willing to travel around Hertfordshire.
22. Be available to work on weekends.
